On the morning of Saturday, March 8, 2025, Jose peacefully went to be with the Lord. He was born in Natalia, Texas on April 18, 1943. Jose is preceded in death by his parents Jose and Anastasia Perez, 6 sisters, 3 brothers, his son Rene Perez, and grandson Ernesto Perez Jr.
He is survived by his loving wife of 65yrs Maria G. Perez, his children Concha Flores (the Late Arnulfo) of Lytle, Ernesto Perez (Rachel) of Natalia, Jacinto Perez (Lori) of Natalia, Margaret Martinez (Tony) of Corpus Christi, Olga Ruiz (Felix) of Natalia. Along with 32 grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, and 2 sisters Angelina Estrada and Francisca Vara.
He was a loving Husband, Dad, Popo, Grandpa, Pops, and Brother. Jose enjoyed being outdoors taking Care of His Plants and The Yard when he was not driving cars for the Test Fleet.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 13, 2025, from 5:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M. with a Rosary recited at 7:00 P.M. at Primrose Funeral Services of Devine. Funeral Service will be held on Friday, March 14, 2025, at 10:00 A.M. at Primrose Funeral Services of Devine with interment to follow in Evergreen Cemetery.
