Jose D. Ramos Sosa

José nació en el Cantón Nombre de Dios, Sensuntepeque, Cabañas, El Salvador, el 19 de septiembre de 1953.
Después de una larga batalla de 27 años contra la enfermedad de Parkinson y posteriormente la demencia asociada a la enfermedad de Parkinson, falleció el martes 16 de diciembre de 2025 en su hogar, rodeado de su familia.

Le sobreviven su esposa, Lucia Ramos; su hija mayor, Milagro Ramos; su hija menor y su esposo, Lucia Aispuro Ramos y Jacinto Aispuro; sus dos nietos, Pedro José Aispuro Ramos y David Aispuro Ramos; sus cinco hermanos y una hermana, Miguel Ramos Sosa, Juan Ramos Sosa, José Pedro Ramos Sosa, José Adolfo Ramos Sosa, Elías Ramos Sosa y Cecilia Ramos Sosa; y muchos familiares y amigos que lo quieren mucho.
Le precedió en la muerte su hermano Raúl Ramos Sosa.

Agradecemos al Señor el tiempo que pudimos compartir con José, amándolo y riendo junto a él. Su familia y amigos lo atesoran y guardan sus maravillosos recuerdos, y lo extrañarán profundamente.

Se llevará a cabo un servicio fúnebre el 30 de Diciembre, en Lifebridge Community Church, 5125 N Gates Ave, Fresno, CA 93722 a las 10:00 am, seguido de un servicio de sepelio en el Cementerio St. Peter, 264 N Blythe Ave, Fresno, CA 93706.

José was born in Canton Nombre de Dios, Sensuntepeque, Cabañas, El Salvador on September 19, 1953.

After a long 27 year battle with Parkinson's Disease and later Parkinson's Disease Dementia, he passed on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, in his home with his family by his side.

He is survived by his wife, Lucia Ramos; his eldest daughter, Milagro Ramos; his youngest daughter and her husband Lucia Aispuro Ramos and Jacinto Aispuro; his two grandsons, Pedro Jose Aispuro Ramos and David Aispuro Ramos; his five brothers and one sister, Miguel Ramos Sosa, Juan Ramos Sosa, Jose Pedro Ramos Sosa, Jose Adolfo Ramos Sosa, Elias Ramos Sosa and Cecilia Ramos Sosa; and lots of family and friends who love him so much.

He was preceded in death by his brother Raul Ramos Sosa.

We are grateful to the Lord, for the time we had to spend with Jose, loving and laughing alongside him. His family and friends cherish him and his wonderful memories and will miss him greatly.

A funeral service will be held on December 30, 2025 at Lifebridge Community Church, 5125 N Gates Ave, Fresno, CA 93722 and a Burial Service following at St. Peter Cemetery, 264 N Blythe Ave, Fresno, CA 93706.
