Jose "Joe" Adolfo Villarreal Jr., 61, of Mission, Texas, passed away peacefully on October 4, 2025. Joe was known for his big heart, quick wit, and unwavering faith that carried him through life's joys and challenges.
Born and raised in Mission, Joe was a proud Sharyland High School graduate, Class of 1982. Joe lived a life full of adventure, laughter, and love. In his younger years, he was passionate about bodybuilding and always found joy in staying active. He loved being outdoors, traveling to new places, enjoying nature, and caring for animals. His passion for football, movies, and the music of the 80s was matched only by his gift for making people laugh and feel valued.
Joe is survived by his devoted parents, Adelina and Jose Villarreal, his beloved daughters Gabrielle and Kayla Villarreal, and his six sisters, who will forever hold him close in their hearts. He is joyfully reunited in heaven with his younger brother, Alejandro Villarreal.
Joe's legacy of love, resilience, and faith will continue to inspire all who knew him. His memory will live on in the laughter he shared, the strength he showed, and the love he gave so freely.
