Jose Weeks Obituary
Jose Demetrio Weeks, 46, of Jersey City, NJ, passed away Tuesday, August 13, 2024 at Concord Nursing & Rehab Center in Concord, NC.
Mr. Weeks was born December 7, 1977 in Ponce, Puerto Rico to Mr. Carr Weeks and Ms. Eartha Lluveras.
He was preceded in death by his father, Mr. Carr Weeks.
The family will receive family and friends from 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm, Saturday, August 17, 2024 at Hartsell Funeral Home of Concord.
Jose was a beloved husband, father, son, uncle and grandfather whose presence will be deeply missed by all who knew him. Jose was known for his love of life, music, and found joy in the simple pleasures. Whether he was immersed in his favorite video games, enjoying the outdoors fishing or camping, or simply spending quality time with his loved ones. He also enjoyed unwinding with a smoke and embraced a laid-back lifestyle, always living authentically and without judgement.
He will be remembered for his passion, sense of humor, and sense of adventure. His memory will live on in the hearts of those who had the privilege of knowing him.
Survivors include wife, Ivonne Ramirez, mother, Eartha Lluveras, and sister, Tiffany Cabrera. Also surviving are his four children; Demetrio, Alejandro, Evelisse and Luz; one grandchild, Amaris.
Hartsell Funeral Home of Concord is serving the Weeks family.
