Jose Zuniga Obituary
Funeral: 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, August 1, 2023, in Mount Olivet Chapel. Interment: Mount Olivet Cemetery. Rosary: 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday, July 31, 2023, at Mount Olivet Chapel.
Jose was born and raised in Rock Island and that is something that he always wanted to be known.
When growing up, he found himself interested in electronics and music. He loved to put loud speakers in his cars and cruise around for drives. You would always find him with a pair of shades on and rocking the colors red and black. Chachi loved animals and housed all the ones he could. He also had a passion for art and would often draw or write whatever what was on his mind at the time.
Jose was preceded in death by his parents, Herlindo Octavio Zuniga and Magdalena Helen (Huerta) Zuniga; and sister, Mary Lucinda Reynosa.
Survivors: Daughter, Jasmine Nicole Miranda; brothers, Jesse Valle Jr. and Ramiro Valle; sister, Graciela Valle; and many more nieces, nephews, family and friends.
