Joseph Albright Obituary
FEURA BUSH - Joseph M. Albright Sr., 34, of Feura Bush, N.Y., died suddenly in the early hours of Saturday, October 25, 2025, in Albany, N.Y., after many years of fighting the dreaded disease of addiction.
He was born on December 29, 1990, to Shirley Albright (David Boettcher), of Feura Bush, and Gary Albright (Meyka), of Delmar. Besides his parents, he is survived by his ultimate love, his son, Joseph M. Albright Jr., 6, of Saratoga Springs; and his younger brother, Steven A. Albright (Jenna) of Feura Bush; and his niece, Callie Ruth Albright. He also is survived by his uncle, James Perrault (Rita) of Ely, Nev.; aunt, Barbara Smith (Edward), of Clarksville; uncle, John Perrault, of Cohoes; and aunt, Paulette Albright, of Ravena; as well as many cousins.
He was predeceased by his maternal grandparents, William and Catherine Perrault; his paternal grandparents, Gordon and Ruth Albright; his uncle, Greg Albright; and special "stepdad," William Whitten.
Joe attended Bethlehem Central High School and Hudson Valley Community College. He earned his Eagle Scout badge, with special guidance from his mentor, James Deragon. He
enjoyed spending time outdoors, but most of all, spending time with his little Joey, playing games, ball, going for walks, and giving tickles.
Relatives and friends are invited to pay their respects on Thursday, October 30, 2025, from 3 to 6 p.m., with a celebration of life service to follow at 6 p.m., at Meyers Funeral Home, 741 Delaware Ave., Delmar, N.Y. 12054.
