Joseph P. Baldino, 82 of Cranston, passed away on May 26, 2025, with his family by his side. Born in Providence, he was the twin son of the late Joseph and Anna (Lombardo) Baldino. He was the devoted husband of the late Mary D. (Kawa) Baldino. He was the brother of his late sister, Anne Manni.

Joseph proudly served his country in the US Army, in the Vietnam War, alongside his twin brother John. He took great pride in being a Veteran, he was a member of several different organizations, such as Veterans of Foreign War, Disabled American Veterans, American Legion, Vietnam Veterans of America, Italian American War Veterans of the United States, and an associate member of the Korean War Veterans. He was a 38-year employee of the US Postal Service. In his free time, he looked forward to working in his yard or tinkering with his cars. He had a standing Tuesday Night card game at the VFW. He was an avid football fan, the Green Bay Packers being his favorite; he was the epitome of a “cheese head”. However, he was known for being dependable, kind and generous. He was always willing to help, would even give you the shirt off his back, whether it was for his family or his friends.

He leaves his two cherished daughters, Tammy Eaton, and Brenda Baldino, and his two adoring granddaughters, Nicole, and Rebecca. He also leaves his loving sibling, his twin brother, John P. Baldino.

His funeral will leave on Saturday, May 31, 2025, at 9:00 am from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston. Followed by his Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am in Holy Apostles Church, Cranston. Burial with full military honors will be in St. Ann Cemetery. VISITING HOURS will be held on Friday from 5:00 - 8:00 pm.
