Joseph Glenn Barnett, age 55, died Tuesday, November 25, 2025 at Mayo Clinic Health System, Mankato.
Joseph was born November 10, 1970 at the Fort Benning military base in Georgia. He graduated from Mankato State University with a degree in English. Joe served in the Army National Guard and was called to Kuwait during the Second Gulf War. He enjoyed his lawn care work with Green Care in Mankato.
Joseph is survived by his parents, Glenn and Sally Barnette of Mankato; sister, Ann Barnette of Rochester; brother, Patrick (Jessica Cohen) Barnette of Jersey City, NY; and sister, Kara (Andrew Grace) Barnette of Salt Lake City, UT.
Private family services will be held.
