Joseph Randy Binks, age 67, passed away peacefully on August 10th surrounded by his loving family. Randy was the eldest of four children born to the late Dean and Kathy Binks of Fontana.

Randy was a devoted husband, proud father and grandfather, caring brother and true friend to so many. To know him was to be embraced by kindness,

and lifted by laughter. Randy was a proud graduate of Fontana High School, class of 1976, where he excelled in pole vaulting. Randy shared 44 wonderful years of marriage with his beloved wife, Vicki, who preceded him in passing. Together, they raised three children, Brian, Ashleigh and Lindsay. Randy's greatest joy came from being a grandfather to his six cherished grandchildren.

After a long career in the dairy industry, he retired as a branch manager at Dean Foods in 2024. He also contributed his time at the Binks Boys Home.

Randy was a simple,hard-working man who's sense of humor was legendary. He had a gift for storytelling and a knack for playful banter. His dedication to Fontana shone brightly throughout his years as Master of Ceremonies for the Fontana Days Parade and the annual Christmas Parade, events that became memorable because of his booming voice, infectious energy and genuine love for his community. He also volunteered his time and talents for several years, helping to raise money for the Boys and Girls Club of Fontana.

Randy leaves behind his three children, six grandchildren and three siblings, Kalene, Kelly and MaryBeth. His family and friends will always remember his humor and the joy he brought everyone whenever he was around. He will truly be missed by so many. His family will be holding a private ceremony celebrating his life.
