Preceded in death by: Son, Isaac Dale Bode; Father, Kenneth Lee Bode; Grandparents, Aubrey "Bud" & Florence Bode and Walter & Ina Mathis.
Survived by: Wife of 32 years, Amy Bode-Hartsville, TN; Mother, Martha Mathis Bode-Hartsville, TN; 2 Daughters, Christy (Harold) Cooley-Hartsville, TN and Lesley (Andy) Overman-Hartsville, TN; Step Daughter, Susan Smith-Gallatin, TN; Step Son, Chris (Ellesse) Smith-Gallatin, TN; 11 Grandchildren, Holly Haskins, Peyton Cooley, Eli Overman, Naomi Overman, Logan Meyer, Brice Blair, Roman Smith, Logan Brownlee-Smith, Dalton Smith, Ansley Davis and Rhett Smith; 3 Great Grandchildren, Kali Spears, Tatum Brown & Cooper Cooley; Brothers, Steve (Donna) Bode-Hartsville, TN and John (Deanna) Bode-Hartsville, TN; Sisters, Cindy Clark-Hendersonville, TN, Beck Burgess-Baxter, TN andMary Bode-Hartsville, TN and Beloved Nieces, Nephews, Aunts and Uncles.
Funeral services will be held in the chapel of Anthony Funeral Home at 1 PM Monday, January 8, 2024 conducted by Bro. Steve Bode and Bro. Tim Singleton. Honorary Pallbearers: Brice Blair, Alex Bode, David Bode, James Bode, Nicholas Zarichansky, Phillip Zarichansky, Owen Zarichansky, Ben Bode, Mike Mathis and Mike Sloan. Pallbearers: Peyton Cooley, Logan Meyer, Logan Brownlee-Smith, Eli Overman, Dalton Smith, John Bode, Austin Bode and Chris Kramer. Interment will be in the Bode Family Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be from 2 to 8 PM Sunday and 12 Noon until Service time Monday. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Trousdale County Christmas for Kids or the Trousdale County Backpack Program.
