Joseph M. Bojko, Sr., passed away on Monday, July 8, 2024. Joseph was 74 years of age. Born in Germany, Joseph, was the son of the late Klara and Szymon Bojko. Joseph is survived by his; beloved wife of 44 years, Annamarie Bojko; son, Joseph M. Bojko, Jr. (Megan Gasser); sister-in-law, Dorothy Beattie; brother-in-law, David Beattie, Jr. (Eleanor); and by his nieces and nephews. Joseph is preceded in death by his brother-in-law, Thomas Beattie.
Joe worked at The Philadelphia Naval Shipyard for 12 years as a pipe insulator. His love for music, editing home videos, car repairs, and driving from here to eternity kept him quite busy. Joe also loved his chocolate. ANYTHING CHOCOLATE!
He will be missed by all who knew his distinct personality!
Joseph's family will receive relatives and friends on Tuesday, July 16, 2024, from 10 to 11AM, at McGhee-Givnish Funeral Home, 690 Belmont Ave. Southampton, PA 18966. A funeral service for Joseph will begin at 11AM, with Rev. Scott Mitchell as celebrant. Internment is to take place at Union Cemetery, Richboro, PA.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in memory of Joseph M. Bojko, Sr., may be sent to The National Kidney Foundation, 1900 Market Street, Suite 800, Philadelphia, PA 19103.
