He is preceded in death by his grandparents: Carl and Mary Barry.
Joe is survived by his mother: Lavada Brathcer.
Brother: John Bratcher.
Fiancé: Brittany Hunt.
Her son: J.J. Hunt.
Uncle: Terry and wife Cathy Barry.
Aunts: Debbie and husband Danny Shillings, and Vickie and husband Mike Henley.
And many cousins and friends.
The family will receive friends Tuesday May 17, 2022, at Davis Funeral Home in Harriman from 6:00 to 8:00 PM. Funeral services will be Wednesday morning May 18, 2022, at 11:00 AM in the chapel of Davis Funeral Home. Graveside services will follow in Ollis Cemetery.
