Judy (Belcher) Bratcher, age 84, passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 18, 2025.

Judy was born in Lafayette, Georgia, the daughter of the late Claire (Gilreath) Wilson. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ted Bratcher Sr.; daughter-in-law, Saundra Thomas; and daughter, Alisa (Bratcher) McMahan.

She is survived by her children: Greg Thomas and Denise (Kent) Crumbaugh, and by Ted (Becky) Bratcher Jr., Angel (Kelly) Kelly, Wayne (Sha) Bratcher, Susan (Keith) Burdette, and Jan (Ritchie) Tanksley; as well as many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, who brought her great joy.

Judy was a faithful member of Red Bank Baptist Church for many years, where she sang in the choir and was a member of the Prime Time Singers. She also shared her love of music by volunteering in local nursing homes, singing hymns and favorite oldies for the residents.

An active and dedicated member of the Lions Club for many years, Judy was proud to serve as the first female president of the Red Bank Lions Club.

A private family memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 8, 2025, at 2:30 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Red Bank Lions Club or Red Bank Baptist Church.
