Joseph Cazeau was born on July 16, 1954, in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, to Moïse Cazeau and Philia Jean. He married his beautiful wife Iphanise Pierre Cazeau for fifty-one (51) years. From that union four children were born: Wilkens Cazeau, Marie Denise C. Cazeau, Jean Obenson Cazeau and Josette Cazeau. He attended College Menager in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, where he completed his basic education.
In the early 1980s, he left his native country in search of a better life in the United States. Joseph Cazeau attended Notre Dame Catholic School, in Miami, Florida, where he learned English as a second language. Joseph Cazeau was a hardworking man. He worked in the hospitality industry for over thirty years; until early January 2001 when he had two major strokes that would change his life completely.
Joseph Cazeau was a loving, caring father, and husband. He was a generous man who was always ready to help those in need. He was loved by many who knew him. Unfortunately, after twenty-four years of health conditions related to his previous strokes, he passed away on January 30, 2025, at Jackson Memorial Hospital.
Joseph Cazeau is survived by his lovely WIFE Iphanise Pierre Cazeau; FOUR CHILDREN: Wilkens Cazeau, Marie Denise Cazeau Colon, Jean Obenson Cazeau, and Josette Cazeau; GRANDCHILDREN: Walkens Cazeau, Wilnithe W. Cazeau, Yulljenskhy Owens Cazeau, Mindy Isemaella Cazeau and Magleenny Cazeau; SON-IN-LAW: Alberic Colon; DAUGHTERS-IN-LAW: Isemithe Pierre Cazeau and Magdaleenne Mystal Cazeau; SISTER: Marie Marthe Cazeau, ADOPTED GRANDSON: Bern-Alee Micheal Bernard: the Pierre, Bastien, Florestal, Louijeune, Desrosiers, families; nieces, nephews, other family members, friends, and acquaintances affected by this death we present our deepest condolences.
