Joseph Tyler Cessor, beloved son, brother, grandson, nephew and friend passed from this life tragically on July 24, 2023, in Little Rock, AR at the age of 26.
He was preceded in death by his pawpaw, Elmer Cessor. He was born in Lake Village, AR on September 11, 1996, and grew up in Dermott, AR where he was a member of the Dermott High School Class of 2015. He was a sheet metal fabricator and attended Cominto Baptist Church. Joseph enjoyed the outdoors and listening to music. His favorite place was the beach and spending time with his cousins, friends and loved ones. Joseph will be remembered for his ability to make others smile, his contagious laugh, loving heart and witty jokes. He loved without reserve and gave of himself without hesitation.
Joe is survived by his parents, Angela Cessor and Timothy Milholland; his sisters, Paige and Danyelle Tullos; his mamaw, Joshlyn Cessor; a brother, Alex Layton; along with many more family and friends.
Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, August 5, 2023, at Stephenson-Dearman Funeral Chapel with burial in Dermott Cemetery. There will be a visitation preceding the funeral service from 10:00-11:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Dustyn Bittle, Jaylon Brown, Jared Golden, Chance Golden, Charles Blackwell, and Joseph Hunter. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the funeral home.
