Joe was born March 23, 1985, in Norman, OK and passed from this life on May 10, 2024, outside Artesia, New Mexico where he was working as a Senior MWD Engineer in the oil field.
He was preceded in death by his older brother, Charles Daniel Chase, II; sister, Angie Elizabeth Chase and younger brother, Henry Matthew Chase.
Joe is survived by his fiancé, Jessica Milburn; father, Charles Daniel Chase; beloved sister-in-law, Katie Chase; mother, Janis Newton and husband, Tom; siblings, Amber Glass (Caleb); Ashley Sherman (Josh); Christian Smith (Andrea); Brandon Smith (Christi); and Randi Krouse; nieces, Emma Kirksey, Analyse Smith and Taylor Smith and nephews Ethan Smith, Bodhi Glass, and Shipley Glass; along with a host of family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Joe's honor to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or charity of choice.
