Mr. Preston Albert Briggs, 67, of Clayton, LA was born on May 12, 1958 in Pineville, LA and passed away on July 28, 2025.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Preston “Buddy” Briggs and Gladys Ann Knight Briggs and his brother, Joseph Lynn “Guby” Briggs.
Survivors include his sisters, Debbie DeLaune, Rhonda Yearick (Mike) and Mary Allen; nieces, Ashleigh Burns, Albre Abi Brown (Daisy), and Lakota Fuqua (Mac); nephews, Striker Brown (Kara) and Levi Brown (Monica); great nieces, Sydni Goad, Finley Brown, Lillian Brown, Brooke Brown, Lainey Brown, Marley Brown and Rylie Fuqua; great nephew, Parker Fuqua; and his adopted brother, Anthony “Tom” Henry.
Private family graveside services will be held in the Oakley Cemetery in Wisner, LA at a later date.
