Joseph Chiaravalle, 90, of Smithton, formerly of Monessen, died on December 28, 2025, at Grandview Estates, Elizabeth, PA. He was born on August 3, 1935, to the late Tony and Frances (Mauro) Chiaravalle. He was catholic by faith, a former member of Monessen Elks, Monessen Lions Club, and proud Marine. Joseph is survived by his wife of 65 years, Lorraine (Ambrose) Chiaravalle; sons, Jeffrey (Marleen) Chiaravalle, Brian (Anita) Chiaravalle; daughter, JoAnn Chiaravalle; granddaughter, Amanda (fiancé Teddy Potter) Chiaravalle and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Bernie, Tony and Ronnie Chiaravalle and his sister, Emily Zboyovsky. Friends will be received on Friday, January 02, 2026 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM in the Dalfonso-Billick Funeral Home Inc. And Cremation Services, 441 Reed Avenue, Monessen, PA 15062. Services will begin on Saturday at 11:00 AM in the funeral home. Interment will be in Grandview Cemetery at a later date. Online condolences may be left for the family at www.dalfonso-billick.com
