I worked with Joe for many years on the Orange Fire Department. He was a great Firefighter and Engineer on the department. He always had a smile on his face and was liked by everyone. He enjoyed fishing and telling stories about it when he came back to the station on his next shift.
He was also ready for a prank or two anytime he felt a situation would liven up the rest of the people in the firehouse. God bless Joe.
He will be missed by all that knew him.
