Joseph A. Dudzik, Jr.
Age 81, of Oscoda, MI passed away on Thursday, September 4, 2025 at home, surrounded by his loving family. He was born on December 30, 1943 in Beaver Falls, PA to the late Joseph and Rose (Grossman) Dudzik, Sr. Joseph graduated from Beaver Falls High School and went on to join the United States Air Force. The Air Force allowed Joseph the opportunity to travel the world and it was during his time stationed at Lakenheath in Suffolk, England that he met the love of his life, Christine E. Ward. Joseph and Christine married on July 9, 1997. He was later able to retire after 33 years of dedication to his country. Throughout the years, Joseph enjoyed hunting, fishing, canoeing, shooting his guns and also enjoyed building and flying his model and RC planes and drones. Joseph is survived by his loving wife, Christine Dudzik; children, Jay (Sharon) Dudzik, Gordon Dudzik, Richard Watson, Christopher (Donna) Watson, Angela (Shawn) Leland and David Watson; grandchildren, Tyler, Rachel, Dylan, Megan, Zoie, Ryan, Alex, Julianne, Desirae, Adam, Olivia, Aaliyah, Alec, David, Alexis and Ashlyn; 6 great-grandchildren and his cousin, Jeanie Landsbaugh. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sisters, Rosemary and Caroline and brother, John. A celebration of Joseph's life will be announced at a later date. He will be laid to rest in Great Lakes National Cemetery in Holly, MI. Joseph will be missed by all those who knew and loved him.
