Joseph V. Fazio

Joseph V. Fazio, 83, of Kinnelon, NJ passed away peacefully on January 1, 2023.
Joseph was born on July 25, 1939 to Joseph and Josephine Fazio in Passaic, NJ. Joe married his wife Maureen more than 56 years ago. He and his family were residents of Smoke Rise for the last 46 years, where Joe was part of the fabric of the community.
He was a founding partner of Media Data Services,Inc. in Totowa, NJ and, having worked there 42 years until his recent illness, considered his co-workers and clients there like a second family. He always thoroughly enjoyed his calls (and the occasionally raucous visits) with his friends some of whom he had for almost 70 years, and he loved his daily workouts with his friends at Gold's Gym, sitting on his porch at his Long Branch beach house greeting neighbors, friends and even random beach-goers, and swimming and barbecuing at the pool with the gang in Bonita Springs, FL where he and Maureen wintered in recent years. He and his family are so incredibly grateful for the constant outpouring of love and support from ALL of his friends and family.
He is survived by his wife Maureen Fazio; his brother, Russell Fazio and his wife Melanie in Canton,GA; his children (Christine Beltrondo and her husband John, Kari Fazio, Lauren Kalinowski and her husband Mark, and Timothy Fazio); his grandchildren (Ryan, Matthew, Joseph, and Brooke); and nieces, nephews, cousins, and so many other loved ones.
Visitation will be held 4-7 pm Wednesdayat Our Lady of Magnificat Church, 2 Miller Road, Kinnelon. A funeral Mass will be held 10 am Thursday, also at the church. Cremation will be private.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Paterson Habitat for Humanity.
