Joseph John Fred, also known as Joe Fresh, Joe Fish, Joe Fish Head Fred, and my favorite nickname, "Bepy" (which he hated, but Mom got the last laugh), was only 32 years old when this senseless act of violence occurred. He is survived by his wife, Brittani Tressler, and their two daughters, Paisley Rose (4) and Parker Rae (2).
Joseph was born in Stuart, Florida, at the birthing center on February 9th, 1993. He made a grand entrance into the world, weighing 9 lbs 13 oz and measuring 22 inches long. His parents are Theresa Crispino of Staten Island, NY, and his father, David John Fred, who was born in Palm Beach, Florida (deceased).
Joseph worked as a truck driver, but if you view his TikTok account, you'll see that he was a comedian at heart. He loved mudding, getting dirty, fishing, and enjoying everything Florida has to offer for fun. He was truly Flo grown. His favorite meal was steak pizzola and Caesar salad, and he enjoyed his Twisted Tea. We can't forget his Oreo cookies and milk. Joseph cherished spending time with his family and creating lasting memories. There was not a heart he has not touched. He is described as a beautiful soul and was a fantastic Uncle to Blake and Kieran. Boy, the stories these boys can share will put a smile on your face! I know you're busy hanging out with your dad, Great Grandma Joe, Grandma Marguerite, Uncle Jack, and Nan and Pop. Hug them all for us!
Joseph is survived on his father's side by his grandfather, Ray John Fred; his grandmother, Marguerite Fred (deceased); his uncle Bruce and wife Pam; and cousins Caitlin and Allyson of PSL, along with the entire Morrow family.
On his mother's side, he is survived by his mother, Theresa Crispino, and Eric Smith; his brother, Peter (Paul) Pimentel, his wife Jessica Pimentel, and their two son's, Blake and Kieran; Uncle Nick, Wife Tracie, and cousins including: -Dominick III, Dominick IV, Victoria, Leah, and Luka; -Michael and his daughter Juliana; - Nicole, Michael and Kara; Aunt Debbie; Uncle Bobby; and cousins, including: Rod and his son, Rod Jr, Allen & Elizabeth. Shawn, his wife Holly, and their two boys, Carter and Jack. Jason and his two children, Jason II and Kayla, and her son Yan (Boogie). Robert and his four children: Vinny, his daughter Victoria, Dominic, his wife Leslie, and daughter Ella, Julian, and Lyndsea Jane. Dominick, his wife Kristina, and their three children: Skyler, Grayson, and our survivor, River Grace. Britny Rose, her husband Michael, and their two children, Michael and Layla Rose. Uncle Tony, his wife Mary, and their two daughters, Kasey and Erica. The patriarch and matriarch of our family, Uncle Vinny and Aunt Linda of Staten Island, along with their children. Cousin Lisa Marie, her husband Dennis, and their two boys, Dennis Jr. and Deven. Cousin Vinny, his wife Jeanamarie, and their new baby, Lorenzo.
Joseph will be forever missed, but his spirit will live on in the hearts of those who loved him.
