Joseph Frilot Obituary
A gathering of family and friends will be held at Fletcher Funeral Home on Saturday, June 10, 2023, beginning at 10:00 A.M. until the time of the service.
Joseph was a resident of New Iberia, LA. He transitioned at 7:08 P.M. on Wednesday, May 31, 2023, at Bayou Bend Health System in Franklin, LA.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his five daughters: Lindsay Broussard (Darren) of Youngsville, LA, Jelana Alexander (Ryan) of Sunset, LA, Ashleigh Seaux of Saint Martinville, LA, Kiera Frilot (Deon) of Youngsville, LA, and Keerstin Frilot of Duson, LA; three sons: Kavin Bastian (Jaraya) of New Iberia, LA, Joseph Frilot (Tatiyona) of Abbeville, LA, and Rodney Frilot of New Iberia, LA; two sisters; twenty grandchildren; one great-grandchild; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father: Joseph O'neil Frilot; his mother: Mary Jane Frilot Clay; grandparents: Gilbert and Ida Boutte; one sister: Yvette Broussard.
Honorary pallbearers are Kavin Bastian, Joseph Frilot, Rodney Frilot, Lawrence Thompson, Donelle Dugas, Brian Boutte, Malcom Boutte, and Tyler Broussard.
