He attended St. Boniface Catholic grade School, where he served as an altar boy. He graduated with the EHS class of 1965.
Joe was drafted into the U.S. Army where he served a tour of duty in Viet Nam.
He is survived by Lynn Troekler, sisters Mary Thomason and husband Ray, Jeanne Garde Price and husband Tom, brother Jerry Keyes, brother in law Talbert Eisenberg. Nieces and nephews and many cousins. Joe was preceded in death by his parents, sister Dorothy Ann Garde Eisenberg and, brother Daniel John Garde. His friends and family celebrated his life with a bonfire!
