I will miss blasting Joey with 100 watts passing through Dorchester on the South East Expressway. Joey made sitting in traffic bearable with a good QSO,except when I was hungry,and wanting to get home Joey would be talking about his gourmet recipes. That was just plain torture!

Rest in peace my friend.
There is a word used in cb radio and ham radio its "Elmer" it's used to describe someone who helps the new people getting into the hobby of radios. Joey was an Elmer to many people including me.
We will all miss the radioman on the air. 73s my friend.

Joe and I have become great friends we spoke or texted almost daily I will miss him very much! R.I.P. my friend! See you on the other side hope you and Jay are sipping Pina Coladas together peace for now!!
