Joseph Flash Gordon, age 75, of Quinlan, passed away on Friday, January 16, 2026 at his home. He was born February 5, 1950 in Tampa, Florida to Joseph Earnest Gordon and Bertha Mae (Beam) Gordon.
Joseph is survived by his wife, Catherine Gordon; children, Michelle Gordon-Tortorici, Joseph F. Gordon, William Gordon, Derek Manners, Loretta Reynolds, Rebeca Gardner, Joseph E. Gordon; sixteen grandchildren; and a few great-grandchildren.
Joseph married Catherine Mann in 1984 in Connecticut. He was a jack of all trades, engaging in welding, carpentry, and the like. He was also an Air Force Veteran who served his country in the Vietnam conflict.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, February 14, 2025 at 12:00 pm at Generation Faith Center in Quinlan. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Joseph's name to the American Cancer Society.
