Born to Life on February 25, 1962 in Milwaukee to Art and Lois (nee Lustig) Guidinger. Born to Eternal Life too soon on July 13, 2024 at his home. Beloved husband of Carla (nee Holmes). Dear Father of Rachel, Jacob and Jordan. Loving brother of John, Jim, June (Ken) Schlager, Jerome, Jeff (Melissa), Jean, Jay (Khai), Janet (Mike) Loesche and Joy (Mark) Danielski. Fond uncle and godfather to many nieces and nephews. Brother-in-law of Linda (Mike) Conway. Further survived by cousins, other relatives and many close family friends. Preceded in death by his parents, and his mother and father-in-law Donald and Shirley Holmes.

Joe was a long-time CPA in the Milwaukee area. In his free time he enjoyed golfing, fishing and clay shooting. Joe loved sports, especially when family was involved. He was an active member of the Waukesha Gun Club and Boy Scouts of America. He loved animals and adored his three dogs Angel, Bailey and Skittles.

Visitation Thursday, July 25th, from 12:00 PM to 1:45 PM at St. Charles Catholic Church, 313 Circle Dr., Hartland, followed by a Funeral Mass at 2:00 PM. Private burial at the Village of Hartland Cemetery.

So sorry to hear of Joe’s passing, actually quite stunned. First met Joe along with his brother Jerry at De Sales high school back in 1978. He was quite the basketball player, soft spoken and treated me with respect. He joins my brother Jim, his classmate at Desales who passed 6 years ago. I’m sure they’re talking hoops. Again, my Condolences to all.
