Joseph (Joe) Honaker of Kissimmee FL, formally of Council, VA passed away on July 15, 2023. He was a 1957 graduate of Council High School.
He was the son of the late Milton and Laferna Reedy Honaker. He was proceeded in death by his sisters Betty Tiller and Joyce Smith; Brother Dwayne Honaker and infant son, David Honaker. He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Patricia (Patty) Honaker, Karen (Daniel) Hackett of Woodbridge, VA; Linda (Erik) Mooneyhan of Kissimmee, FL; Grandson Joseph (Jessica) Honaker of Saint Gabriel, LA; Great Grandson, Oliver Honaker; Sister Jean Darnell of Kingsport, TN; Special brother-in-law Bill (Karen) Collins of Mt. Carmel, TN; Nieces Kathy Ratliff, Pamela Bartley, Sherry McGlothlin; Nephews Roger Tiller, Tracy Tiller; Numerous cousins and friends.
He never met a stranger and he was always "Tired, Hungry and Broke".
At his request, he will be cremated with no service.

Sorry to hear that Joe has passed. We sure spent a lot of time at ball parks and race tracks together. I sure miss those days a lot.

Pat, I am sorry to learn of Joe's death. I have often wondered about you and Joe (if you were still in Florida). Eddie passed away in February 2013. I hope you are doing good.
