Not sure what to say?

I will always treasure the many memories that I shared with Joe and his family. Camping, fishing, cards and laughter. He had a twinkle in his eye and big heart. I will always remember what Joe taught me when playing euchre “You dont need trump to win, you only need a partner”. God Bless you all with his peace and comfort. Lots of Love. Debbie Jans

Lou, Monica and the Carter Family; I had a friendly working relationship with Joe for many years. He was hard working and a man of his word. Many memories.

Prayers to Joe's family. I have wonderful memories. Love Iva

Joe was just fun to be around. He was quick to laugh and he fiercely loved his family, as they fiercely loved him. God will bless him in the afterlife with those he loved that have gone before him.

Dear Carter and Baker families, we are so sorry to learn about Joe's passing. All our thoughts and prayers are for you during this sad time. Mary Cummings and family❤
