Uncle Joe,
You were such a ball of energy and love. You would pass by the house, share life's lessons and give us the breakdown of our family tree. Let's not mention if Uncle R Johnson stop by at the same time and got together with my dad "Ernie". I literally can hear your laugh. So it brings me great comfort to know you are up there with the rest of our loved ones who have gone on before.
You were loved and you will be missed.

Uncle Joe,
You have always been a joy to my life ever since I was little. You always had a warm word, hug, & heart. There's no words that could express the feelings that I feel since I heard that you transitioned home. You are with our Heavenly Father now & safe in his arms. I know that he was waiting for you to let you know that you did a job that was well done here on earth amongst your family, friends, & church members. Your service was deeply heartfelt by many. -Love your niece Bernice's (Johnson-Green) youngest daughter La'Toya ♥♥

We are so sorry to hear of the passing of Mr. Joe. The short time that we knew him we found him to be a loving man and very hospitable. We will miss his presence at Morning Star. He made an enormous impression with our MSMBC family. God has blessed your soul, Mr. Joe!
