Joseph Jurasek Obituary
illness on Monday July 24, 2023. He was born in Lorain,
Ohio to Jeffrey and Rosemary Jurasek (Bommer)
(nee Karason). He was a lifelong resident of Sheffield Lake
and Lorain. Like his father, he was a member of the
Cleveland Boilermaker Local 744 for over 35 years.
He enjoyed gardening, electronics, motorcycles and cooking.
Joseph is survived by his sister Jeanne (John) Traxler and
three nieces. He was preceded in death by his sons
Edward and Jeff Jurasek, parents Jeffrey Jurasek and
Rosemary Bommer, brother Robert Jurasek and step-
father Edward Bommer.
At Joseph's request, there will be no funeral or
memorial service. The MISENCIK FUNERAL HOME, Avon,
is in charge of arrangements.
