Joseph R. Ladore, 72, of East Stroudsburg, passed away on March 21, 2026, at home. He is the husband of Donna (Lamberti) Ladore.
Born November 17, 1953, in Amityville, New York, the son of the late Joseph R. Ladore, Sr. and Hazel (Lantz) Ladore. He was a resident of Monroe County since 2015 and prior to that of Long Island, NY.
Joe worked as an electrician with the Long Island Rail Road for 20+ years before retiring and eventually settling in Pennsylvania. He was a talented and passionate musician who could always be found playing a guitar - strumming solo, jamming with friends, or performing with a band. He also loved German Shepherds and experimenting in the kitchen, and was devoted to taking care of his wife when she fell ill.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his daughter Lauren Ladore of Madison Heights, Virginia, and his siblings - Rae Zamora, Jo-Ann Smith, and James Ladore. He was predeceased by his parents, Joe Sr. and Hazel, and his siblings Lia Ladore and John Ladore (his twin).
He will be deeply missed by family and friends. May his music play forever in our hearts.
