I am shocked to see Mr. Joe here in the obituaries, I knew him from working at Drake Enterprises, he would come in often! He was a true light and always made his presence known when he was there! Tommy I am so sorry for your loss.

Tammy, Stephanie and family - I was so shocked to hear of Joe's passing. My heart is breaking with all of you. There are so many testaments to how wonderful a person he was, how kind/generous/caring (I could go on and on...) he was to others and the massive difference he made in so many lives, his friends and family,...ultimately to every person he came in contact with. I remember the fun times when our families (the Walters and Mansours) would get together when we were kids and as we were growing up.....Mr. and Mrs. Mansour were the best! Joe reached out a few years ago to reconnect with myself, Pauline and Steve through Facebook. That was so kind of him!! I called him to thank him for being so thoughtful with his kind remarks in his invitation and we had a great conversation. It was like we had just talked last week. That's how warm and kind he was. He left such an indelible impression of goodness and thoughtfulness that is so rare. Joe had a heart of gold and his Faith and level of personal character and integrity was reflected in all that he was, and what he accomplished with his life. I am so, so sorry for your loss. I know he is in Heaven with his parents and all the other angels in your family! If there is anything I can do for you, please let me know. It was a privilege to know Joe and will always keep you and your family in my prayers. Anne Walter

Please know my prayers are with the Mansour family. Joe Mansour was a man of principle, values and deep Christian Faith who I admired, modeled after and considered my friend. I believe I first met Joe when I was the water boy for Foley football, my 7th and/or 8th grade, and Joe was a Jr/Sr. - he was tough and fearless, and like most Foley football players who made it through coach Zang's triple sessions, relentless, persistent. I ran into Joe once again at St. Lawrence, as we both were involved with sports programs there. Then again at De Lasalle were we had our son's go. Then I worked with Joe as he represented suppliers, and I on the other side of the table representing purchasing. Joe was a man of high integrity, who would look into your eye, and give you a firm handshake, and/or hug, and you knew you could count on Joe to deliver and provide honesty and transparency. The other thing I will never forget about Joe is he reminded me often of the power of prayer and he was confident in his faith. Joe's positive attitude in life and faith was a force multiplier, and I always walked away from Joe feeling better about life. I will truly miss Joe, he was a great man, and role model. God bless.
