Jesus said, "I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in Me, though he may die, he shall live. And whosoever lives and believes in Me, shall never die." John: 11:25-26.
Our dearly beloved Joseph Mathew (Abin) went home to be with the Lord on December 21, 2023, at the age of twenty-three. Abinmon was born in Mundakayam, Kerala, India on April 22,2000. Raised in a Catholic family, he was son of the late Mr. Mathew C. J and Mrs. Deepa Mathew.
He was the oldest son of three children. He came to the United States in 2019 with his mother and two sisters.
Abinmon came to know the Lord at the age of nineteen and was baptized and filed with the Holy Spirit after his salvation, while attending Amazing Grace Assembly Houston.
He was enrolled in San Jacinto College, employed three vears. Abin had a strong faith in his Lord, and whenever he felt healthy never missed the Sunday worship. As a faithful believer, his life touched many who met him. He was a prayer warrior and put his complete trust in his Saviour.
Last couple of years Abin was suffering with Anaplastic Ependymoma (brain cancer). Even in his suffering he was strong in mind and encouraged and supported everyone he met. He was very humble and simple in character. He has left a legacy that will never be forgotten.
He is survived by her loving family members Deepa Mathew (loving mother). Elizebeth Rose Mathew (Kochu), Rose Maria Mathew (Achu) (Sisters), John Mathew (Grandfather). Joseph Mathew, Teddy John Mathew (uncles), Rekha John, Manju Teddy Mathew (aunts), Mathews Joseph, Merlin Joseph, Chris Mathew, Janis Mathew, Davis Mathew, Noris Mathew (cousins).
