I worked with and later reported to Joe for many years. Joe was a gentleman and a family man. Rest in peace Joe. Carol please accept my condolences, I'm not far behind , I am in hospice.

I worked at the Bendix plant on Joppa Rd. for many years and had the pleasure of knowing Joe for many of those years. He was always a gentleman and easy to work with. He will be missed.

He was a great leader while I worked at the Raytheon site. I was a mechanical engineer for 35 years. R.I.P. and my condolences to the family
