Joseph S. Ransdell passed away on February 17th, 2025. Joe was the son of Charlie and Gladys Greenwood Ransdell, born August 30th, 1941, in Madison, Indiana. Joe is survived by his loving wife of twenty-five years, Margoth Ransdell of Ocala, Florida and two sons, Josh Ransdell of Honolulu, Hawaii and Jonathan Ransdell of Greensboro, North Carolina, one sister, Mary Ransdell Austin (Tom) of Ocala, Florida, sister-in-law, Betty Ransdell, niece Frederica Ransdell Congleton (Lee) of Bedford, KY and nephew, Charles Ransdell (Kim) of Louisville. A memorial service will be held on April 12, 2025, at 2:00pm at Ransdell Funeral Home, Bedford, KY. A celebration of life will follow grave side service, to be held at General Butler State Park. The family requests memorial contributions be made to a charity of your choosing.
