I just learned of Eddie's passing today. I'm saddened, even more so when I think of how great a friend he was in high school and how I just lost contact over the years. It was a great honor to be his best man when he and Marie were married. My deepest condolences to her, and to the children and grandchildren I never met but heard about often while we were in touch. May God provide all of you with His comfort and reassurance.
