Joseph A. Schuler, age 57 passed away on July 14th, 2024. He was born on January 3rd, 1967 in Covington, KY to Anita and Carl Schuler. Joe was a man loved by many, a light in this world, and a true warrior in every way. Anyone that knows him would tell you that he is the most loving, compassionate and positive man to walk this Earth. He was the loving husband to Jackie Schuler (Hellmann) and loving father to Andrew (Katie) and Sydney. Loving Pappy to Wyatt, Lily, Morgan and future granddaughter Emerson Jo. He was survived in death by his parents, Anita and Carl Schuler and his siblings Michael Schuler, Gary Schuler (Elaine), Dennis Schuler, Maureen Tierney (Dennis), Ken Schuler and Randy Schuler. He was preceded in death by his sister-in-law, Lisa Schuler and sister-in-law, Gwen Schuler. Also preceded in death by his father-in-law Don Hellmann. He enjoyed spending time with his family at the farm, wheeling his grandchildren around on his lap, taking shopping trips to the mall with Andy and Sydney, sitting on the front porch with his loyal German Shepherd, Luna, and most of all spending his days with his best friend and wife, Jackie. He was a one-of-kind person and there isn’t a day that will go by that he won’t be missed.Visitation will be on Thursday, July 18th, 2024 from 4-7pm at Middendorf Funeral Home, 3312 Madison Pike, Ft. Wright, KY 41017. Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Friday, July 19th, 2024 at 10am at St. Patrick Church, 3285 Mills Rd, Taylor Mill, KY 41015. Burial to follow at Mother of God Cemetery.The family has asked for memorial donations to:Independence Alliance https://www.independencealliance.org/ and/or Kenton County Animal Shelter https://www.kentoncounty.org/163/Donate
