Joseph "Joey" Skorupski

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Joseph "Joey" Skorupski, who left us while aboard his boat-his sanctuary and place of peace.

Born on September 27, 1971, to Patricia and Joseph J. Skorupski, Joey lived a life full of laughter, loyalty, and love. He found joy in the open water and had a deep passion for automobiles, embracing both with enthusiasm and skill. Whether behind the wheel or at the helm, Joey was always in his element.

Joey is survived by his devoted mother Pat; his younger brother Christopher; his lifelong friend and "brother from another mother" Keith Ozimkowski; his cherished nephews Natty Skorupski and Devin Ozimkowski; his sisters-in-law Kara Skorupski and Rounza Ozimkowski; his loving godmother Vickie and uncle Allen Rosinski; uncle Tom and aunt Pam Hornik; cousin Mary and Nick Predko; cousins Matthew and Roxanne Hornik and family, and Eric Hornik and his husband Andrew Bormann and a large extended family of cousins and friends who adored him.

Joey's absence leaves an irreplaceable void in our hearts. His memory will forever be a source of comfort to all who knew him.
