Joseph "Bo" R. Spells died January 18, 2026. He was born March 7, 1975 in Okeechobee, Florida. A lifetime resident of Okeechobee, he enjoyed hauling produce, football, country music – especially "Willie's Roadhouse", a good cold beer, and spending time with his grandbabies.

Mr. Spells was preceded in death by his father, Harvey L. Spells, Sr., and his mother, Mary Malinda Addison.

He is survived by his companion, Laura Harrison-Spells, of Okeechobee; sons, Michael Raulerson, of Orlando, and Danny Slone, of Okeechobee; daughters, Patricia Raulerson, of Okeechobee, Heather Raulerson, of Clewiston, and Kristy Anna Guerrero, of Okeechobee; four grandchildren, Malachi, Raymond, Aubree, and Genesis (Gidget); five brothers, Harvey L. (Tonya), of Okeechobee, Amos, of Arkansas, Harvey Paul (Sandra), of Ft. Pierce, Matthew (Lisa), of Pomona Park, and James, of Ft. Pierce; four sisters, Elizabeth (Gibson), of Okeechobee, Gena, of South Carolina, Mary, and Sue, both of Ft. Pierce; special friend, Anna Hoover; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and countless cousins that he considered brothers.

The family will receive friends from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m. on Wednesday, January 28, 2026 at Buxton Okeechobee Funeral Home.
