Joseph's entrepreneurial spirit shone brightly through his successful ownership of the Old Colony Diner in Mansfield, MA, and the Hidden Country in Lowell, VT. His establishments were more than just places to eat; they were where memories were made and communities came together.

Known for his hardworking nature, Joseph also found joy in his personal life. He was an avid jogger, maintaining a routine of jogging two miles every day for many years. His love for walking his dog Archie, playing blackjack, spending time in Las Vegas, and enjoying a good Manhattan cocktail reflected his zest for life and leisure.

Joseph's legacy is carried on by his loving wife, Margaret; daughter, Aimee Fadli and her husband, Azeddine Fadli; son, Mark; and grandchildren, Amani and Amir Fadli. He was preceded in death by his son, Michael St.Onge. Joseph also leaves behind his faithful dog, Archie.
