Joseph Anthony Szymkowski, III, born on July 1, 1983, in Cleveland, Ohio, passed away suddenly on September 20, 2025, in his hometown. He was 42 years old.

Joseph, affectionately known as Joey, was the cherished son of Cindy Webb and the late Joseph Szymkowski, Sr. He will be deeply missed by his beloved fiancée, Kaylee Koehler, who brought joy and companionship into his life. Joey was also a devoted friend, particularly to Caren Liebert, and held the esteemed title of Godfather to Jaybird, a role he cherished immensely.

A man of profound artistic talent, Joey expressed his creativity through various forms of art, showcasing his ability to see beauty in the world around him. His philosophical nature drew others to him, as he often engaged in thoughtful discussions and delighted in sharing knowledge with those fortunate enough to know him. For Joey, every conversation was an opportunity to explore ideas and foster connections.

Proud of his Polish heritage, Joseph carried a deep appreciation for his roots, which influenced both his artistic endeavors and his worldview.
