Joe is survived by his Daughters- Kasey (Allen) Parks, Matasha Spears, Joanna (Todd) Adkins, Kathy Roles, Christy (Mark) Presnell; Brother- Tim (Jennifer) Totten, Kenneth Totten; Sister- Jessie (Dean) Taylor, Sherry (James) Young, Diane (Daren) May, Patty (Clayton) Luster, Mary Souder, Thelma Jo Iseman, Annette Totten; Sister-in-Law- Paula Totten; Brother-in-Law- James Runyon; A Host of Special Grandchildren & Great-Grandchildren; A Host of Nieces, Nephews, Family & Special Friends.
Joe is preceded in passing by his Special Companion- Janie Slone; Parents- Joseph Garfield & Edna Dotson Totten; Daughter- Shannon Totten; Brother- Mike Totten; Sister- Paulette Runyon.
The family will receive friends from 6PM-10PM Monday March 30, 2026 at the Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home Chapel in Hindman, KY.
Funeral Services will be on Tuesday March 31, 2026 at 11AM at the funeral home chapel with Scotty Click officiating. Military Honors will be provided by the Knott County DAV Chapter #171. Burial will follow at the Bob Conley & Triplett Cemetery in Lackey, KY. Joe will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
