Edith is survived by her Children- Robert (Lynn) Akers, Donna Kay (Michael) Allgeier; Grandchildren- Darren Akers, Andrea Green, Mathew Akers, Corey Allgeier; Great-Grandchildren- William, Abby, Ben, Max, Sam, Axyl, Logan; Brother- Bennett Dixon; A Host of Extended Family & Friends.
Edith is preceded in passing by her Husband- Donald P. Akers; Parents- Robert "Bob" & Margarett Combs Dixon; 2 Brothers & 7 Sisters.
Graveside Services will be on Monday March 23, 2026 at 1PM at Carr Fork Memorial Cemetery in LittCarr, KY with Brother Cody Jones & Brother Randy Combs officiating. Burial will follow at the Carr Fork Memorial Cemetery in LittCarr, KY. Edith will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
