Stephen Howard Obituary
Stephen is survived by his Daughter- Hannah Porter; Special Children at Heart- Penny Chaffins, Austin Howard; Brother- AC Howard; Sisters- Erma (Joe) Huth, Connie (Kenny) Moore, Sallie (James) Spates, Ollie (Ray) Bolen; A Host of Nieces, Nephews, Family & Special Friends.
Stephen is preceded in passing by his Parents- Hager and Shannon Chaffins Howard; Brothers- Ronnie Howard, Aaron Lee Howard, John Edward Howard, Bufford Howard; Sisters- Barbara Moore, Sandra Bentley, Lois Ramey.
The family will receive friends after 6PM Thursday March 12, 2026, and continue all day on Friday March 13, 2026, at the Rock Fork Bible Church in Garrett, KY with service Friday evening at 7PM.
Funeral Services will be on Saturday March 14, 2026, at 12PM at the Rock Fork Bible Church with Rick Franklin officiating. Burial will follow at the Hiatt Chaffins Cemetery at WF Conley Rd. in Garrett, KY. Stephen will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
