Joseph D. Turner, 52, of Owensboro, passed away Wednesday, December 07, 2011, at his home. He was born February 10, 1959 to the late Joseph K. Turner and Ella Agnes Durbin Turner. He was a carpenter with A Plus Builders. Mr. Turner enjoyed fishing and was a member of Relevant Faith Church. He is survived by a son, Joseph Kenneth Turner of Philpot, 4 brothers James Lee (Janis Ann) Turner of Masonville, Mike (Sandy) Turner of Owensboro, Jeffery L. (Debra) Turner of Maceo, John Kevin Turner of Owensboro, 4 sisters, Pam (Steve) Mills, of Philpot, Tammy (Sam) Hodskins of Utica, Paula (Kenny) Kessinger of Minneola, Florida and Cathy (David) Allen of Owensboro. Services will be 5:00pm Thursday, December 8, 2011 at Haley-McGinnis & Owensboro Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 3:00 to 5:00pm at Haley-McGinnis & Owensboro Funeral Home.
