Joseph Francis Vadala, 83, of Hermitage, passed away on March 3, 2026, in Sharon Regional Medical Center.
Mr. Vadala was born on September 18, 1942, in Sharon, a son of the late John and Mamie (Muscarella) Vadala. He was a graduate of the Farrell High School class of 1960 and honorably served in the U.S. Army.
He spent his career working as a carpenter, retiring as a supervisor in the local carpenters’ union.
Joseph was a member of the Church of Notre Dame, Hermitage.
He was an avid fisherman and enjoyed golfing in his younger years.
He is survived by a son, Donavon Vadala and his wife, Katie, of Chehalis, WA; two grandchildren; one great-grandchild; two brothers, Dominic Vadala and his wife, Carol, of Hermitage, and Robert Vadala, of Sharon; and his beloved dog, Missy.
In addition to his parents, Joseph was preceded in death by a daughter, Julie Vadala.
In keeping with Joseph’s wishes, there are no services.
