Joseph Victory was my Soke and mentor. I think about him often as I struggle to get through the challenges life offers. I think of his kindness, his guidance and ethical fiber. I hear his words in my mind and they move me forward. He had confidence in me when I did not. He lives in my hearts not just as my martial arts instructor but as a beloved friend and father figure. He may be in heaven but he walks with me every day. Love you, Soke Joe.

Dad,
It's been almost four years and I still miss you everyday. You remain my dad, hero, mentor, and best friend. Thank you for everything you did for your family, friends, and community.

Joe is one of the nicest people I've ever met in my life. He made me feel like I was family from the first moment I shook his hand. He had an amazing sense of humor and a really kind heart. He really was a good person and I am saddened to hear that he has passed. My condolences to his family during this difficult time.

Taken too soon from the ones that you love
You were someone to count on when push came to shove
Glad to have known you as neighbor and friend
Gone from sight, a new beginning, not an end
Diana and Jason, take solace, your loved one's still here
In your hearts, in your memories, in all you hold dear

My thoughts, prayers and sincere love go out to Joe's beloved wife, Diane and his best friend, his son Jason. Joe will be deeply missed and his legacy will forever go on. He was one of the most kind hearted, genuine, respectful men, that I had the pleasure knowing, all of my life. The Lord sure gained a beautiful angel. Until we meet again. Rest in peace my friend. Love & respect.

Iam very sadden by the passing of a long time freind an partner in law enforcement. I was blessed to have known Joe over the years as well as his wife and son. He will be missed greatly, and I will see him again when I go home. May God bless and give Diane and Jason comfort during this time.
