Josephine Frazier passed away from this life the evening of Saturday, December 30, 2023. Born September 1, 1932 in Houston, TX, she was adopted by Gregorio and Conception Lopez who loved her unconditionally.
Josephine's pride and joy were her children. She cherished her family above all else and is survived by her devoted children Debra M. Nuce, Sharon R. Owens, Michael E. Frazier and wife Heather, Edward E. (Gene) Frazier and fiancé Katherine. She is "Granny" to six grandchildren, Stephanie Kolacny and husband Rob, Christopher Harris and wife Shan, Lauren Meeks and husband Giaccamo, Margaret Owens, Tyler Frazier, Trent Frazier and wife Amy. Ten great grandchildren, Grace,Grant, Kyle Kolacny, Hannah, Cole Harris, Josephine, Katherine Griffith, Gregory Meeks, and Wesley, Tenley Frazier. Additionally, she leaves behind several nieces and nephews, extended family members and friends who loved her dearly.
She retired from the Grocers Supply Company with 30 years of service. After retirement she traveled with friends and then took up the hobby of quilting. She set out on a mission to make every child and grandchild a hand pieced quilt, an accomplishment that brought her great joy. She would then go on to have a second career working for Wholesale Restaurant Supply for over 20 years.
Josephine was a devout Catholic and was a member of Saint Jerome Catholic Community where she attended mass regularly.
She never met a stranger and made friends wherever she went.
In Lieu of flowers a donation can be made to St. Jerome Catholic Community.

Hello this a Joy, Erma's daughter. My fondest memory of Jo is, I used to tease her about, every time she eats, she would have to blow her nose afterwards. She would tell me "Keep living you will see", it started from that moment, I am 61 years old and Iam still doing it. She was great supervisor and friend.
