Josephine Thomas Lockhart departed this life on September 25, 2025, at the age of 84. Viewing will be held on Friday, October 3, 2025, at MJR Friendly Service Funeral Home, 7803 Florida Blvd., Denham Springs, La 70726 at 6 pm to 8 pm. Viewing will resume on Saturday, October 4, 2025, at New Zion Baptist Church, 126 East St., Denham Springs, La 70726 at 9 am until the religious service at 11 am. Rev. Leroy Taylor will be officiating the service. Interment will be in Plainview cemetery.
